Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
After your order has been processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. The Makeup Shop ships via USPS and there are currently no expedited or overnight shipping options.
Due to COVID-19, there may be a short period before your order shows up as trackable with our carriers. There also may be some delays that are out of The Makeup Shop’s control. If a delay occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
If your items are damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
If your item was received damaged or broken, you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving your item. It must be returned untouched, unused and in its original packaging. Otherwise, all sales are final. Once received, The Makeup Shop will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Store credit is valid for physical products only. No other returns, refunds or exchanges allowed. The customer will be responsible for paying any return postages.
